Please read these terms of service carefully before using The Fashion Detective platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

The Fashion Detective provides luxury item authentication and appraisal services. We examine photographs of your items and provide expert determinations regarding authenticity and value.

Pricing

Authentication is $20 per item. Appraisal is $50 per item. Expedited service adds $20 per item. Mailed documents cost $10 per item. Prices are subject to change.

Refund Policy

If our experts are unable to make a determination, a full refund is automatically issued. Counterfeit determinations are non-refundable. Mailed document fees are refunded if the item is counterfeit or if the order is refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Our authentication and appraisal services represent our expert opinion and are not a guarantee of authenticity or value. We are not liable for any losses incurred based on our determinations.
